2 Common Mistakes When Starting Your Membership Program



For a membership program to be effective several elements need to be in position. There are thing that can also trigger your membership to have no success. Let’s look at 2 typical mistakes made that can destroy your membership program.                                                 


Mistake #1 


There is not adequate positive factors
If you want your membership program to be a success you need to have momentum. This means you need to have tons of people that are eager to join. The lowest number of people you should have ready to sign up is 50. Less than that and it’s not very likely to work – your program is probably going to sparkle out. There are only some people that will hang onto a lifeless forum where nothings occurring . They are looking fun, resources and info, interesting and entertaining guidance, etc.

There should be at minimum of 10 posts a day tacking place on your membership site forum. That’s the minimum. Youwill notice if you can get your membership over a 100 that suddenly things come to life.
 


Mistake #2  


You start a membership site because you think your idea is incredible
Bottom line – it doesn’t matter what you think is good. It matters whether other people have an passion in what your membership site has got to provide. You should be praised for having the spirit to want to start a membership site, but before you put all of that time and effort into your idea, make sure what you think is a good idea is really what others are willing to pay to join.

When you start your membership site make absolutely sure that you take the time to create a noise before you start your project.

The place to start is by creating a buzz on your blog, on Facebook and through other social media channels that builds momentum so that people basically can’t wait to sign up.

Before you take on a membership site make sure you take some of your best time to research the most appropriate way to make your site a great success. There are tested things that work and proven things that have minor success or no success at all.
